How long does it take to receive my vinyl?
Subscription releases are mailed out between the 20th & 25th of every month. The cut-off date for members to receive the current month’s postcard is the 15th. Records purchased from the shop are sent out within one week of purchase.

International subscribers should receive their postcard or compilation between 7-21 days from the day it was sent. United States subscribers should receive their vinyl between 3-5 days after mailing. Tracking info is available only for compilation records & bundles. This information is emailed once shipment has started. Postcards are sent in an envelope as a letter and are unable to be tracked. (Which is why the postage is so cheap!)

Does the postcard arrive with the address portion filled out?
No, we insert the postcard inside an envelope along with a plastic sleeve and chipboard insert. This ensures the card arrives to you in perfect condition and allows you to send copies to whoever you’d like!

How can I change my shipping address?

How do I update or change my payment details?
Payment details are updated here. After going to this page, click “Memberships”, then “Update” next to your subscription.

How can I cancel my membership?
We certainly hate to see you go but understand that you may need to cancel your account. It’s very easy to cancel and can be done here.

What if my postcard arrives damaged?
Please take a photo of the postcard and email us at [email protected].  We’ll take a look at it and get another sent your way!
