HONEYMOAN – Riff Before Work (August 2025)

Honeymoan is an indie-alt-pop-rock trio, originally from Cape Town, now based in London. Starting in 2018 they’ve been releasing consistently with multiple EPs and 2 full length albums. With a wide collection of influences and a refusal to commit to any one sound the group traverses many sonic landscapes with every release. Their latest full length album Pink Hell is no exception to this. Pink Hell boasts a boisterous collection of songs varying from loud and fast pop-punk inspired tracks to mid-tempo, alternative pop numbers to stripped down acoustic ballad-like tunes. Riff Before Work the first song off their new record is a dreamy and sweet romantic love song with loud hooky chorus and nostalgic 90’s guitar riffs. With a commitment to pursuing their own excitement the group keep audiences on their toes not knowing quite what to expect next.
