I’m an artist / run a label, how can I have my music on vinyl postcards?
For consideration on our record club, you can reach out to [email protected]. Alternatively, you can order your own custom vinyl postcards here: https://www.vinylpost.co/product/custom-vinyl-postcards/

How long does it take to receive my vinyl?
Subscription releases are mailed between the 20th & 25th of every month. The cut-off date to receive the current month’s postcard is the 15th. Records purchased from our shop ship within one week of purchase.

International subscribers typically receive their postcard or compilation within 7-21 days from shipment. United States subscribers generally receive their vinyl within 3-5 days after mailing. Tracking information is available only for compilation records & bundles and will be emailed once shipment begins. Individual postcards are sent in envelopes as letters and cannot be tracked (which keeps the postage affordable!).

Does the postcard arrive with the address portion filled out?
No, we ship each postcard inside an envelope along with a protective plastic sleeve and chipboard insert. This ensures your card arrives in perfect condition and allows you to send it to whomever you’d like!

How can I change my shipping address?
Easy! You can update your shipping address here.

How do I update or change my payment details?
Payment details can be updated here. After accessing this page, click “Memberships”, then “Update” next to your subscription.

How can I cancel my membership?
While we hate to see you go, we understand circumstances change. Cancellation is simple and can be done here.

What if my postcard arrives damaged?
Please take a photo of the damaged postcard and email us at [email protected]. We’ll review it and promptly send a replacement!

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal & all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

The center hole on my vinyl postcard is too small! How do I play it?
Some customers initially think the center hole looks too small, but it’s designed to fit standard players. Simply place your fingers near the center hole and firmly push down on the postcard. It will go right on your turntable spindle!

Will these vinyl postcards work with all record players?
Vinyl postcards may not work with all turntables that have auto-return features. This varies by player – some work perfectly while others have difficulty. Beginner turntables like Crosley, ION, suitcase style or even the Audio-Technica LP-60 or LP-70 have reported issues because they don’t allow you to toggle the auto-return off and these cards are smaller than normal records. We recommend trying one postcard first to see if it works with your setup. Use code “PENPAL” to try your first card for just $2 to determine if it’s compatible with your player.
